Derpy Dog Prints provides custom UV printing services on genuine LEGO® parts for promotional and marketing purposes. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis following quote approval.

3. Quotes and Orders

  • All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on final artwork, quantity, and material availability.
  • A quote is not a binding contract until you approve it and we receive payment or a purchase order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your approved quote. We typically require payment before production begins. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your quote.

5. Intellectual Property & Branding

You retain ownership of any logos, designs, or artwork you provide. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce it.

Derpy Dog Prints and Red Mountain Bricks retain the right to use images of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. User Content & File Uploads

You are responsible for ensuring that any files or designs you upload do not infringe on third-party rights. We are not liable for any claims arising from content you provide.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Derpy Dog Prints and Red Mountain Bricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
